This is to inform everyone that the Daily KPI & Operations Report must be completed by all employees every day without fail.

Ensure that the information submitted is accurate and complete, as consistent reporting helps avoid operational delays and supports effective decision-making.

If an employee does not submit the form, the responsibility for ensuring its completion will be assigned to their respective Team Leader or Manager.

We request everyone's cooperation in submitting the report on time each day.
